LEASE
THE SMALL HALL
The small hall is available for one-time lease (400,- CZK/h) and also for regular lease (300,- CZK/h). The room has 50 m² with a capacity of 10-12 people. In the small hall you can find: punching bags, bosu, step, yoga blocks, overballs, medicinballs, kettlbells, dumbbells (1kg-7kg), trapeze, plyoboxes and fitness mats and TRX.
THE BIG HALL
The big hall is available for one-time lease (500,- CZK/h) and also for regular lease (400,- CZK/h). The room has 200 m² with a capacity of 30-35 people. In the big hall you can find: bosu, step, yoga blocks, overballs, medicinballs, kettlebells, dumbbells (1kg-7kg), trapeze, plyoboxes and fitness mats.
FULL DIAGNOSTICS OF THE MUSCULOSKELETAL SYSTEM
„Better movement without pain“
It is used to determine the state of the musculoskeletal system, possible muscle imbalances and subsequent suggestions for correction (for example, in the form of simple exercises). Suitable for various health problems or as a way to make the training process more efficient. Unlike other various diagnostics, we also address very substantial muscle strength. If a muscle imbalance is detected on the diagnosis at a follow-up training session, we will show how this problem can be solved in a simple but effective way.

In the small room, we have a ping pong table available. If you’re interested, please speak to us directly at the reception.
